Am I the only one...

...who doesn't find pictures of girls with perfect abs/legs/whole body coupled with some work out quote motivational? Maybe its just me.

    Nolan has a laminated picture of himself at the heaviest weight he's ever been. Getting a chance to see how bad you can be is more motivating.

    We've discussed this so you already know my views agree with you. I agree with Amber too. Seeing how low/bad it can get can be more motivating to me.
